- Lemon: ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice gives the perfect citrusy flavour to this recipe.
- Mustard: some people prefer using dijon, that is totally fine in this recipe I am using regular mustard.
- Parsley: make sure the parsley is finely chopped.
- Olive oil: I prefer using extra virgin olive oil as it is a healthier type of olive oil and gives a better flavour as well.

How To Make Baked Salmon With Parsley and Garlic
- Making the sauce: In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the salmon then stir until well combined.
- Toss the salmon in the bowl and leave it in the marinade for an hour( if you have time)
- Arrange the salmon in an ovenproof baking dish and pour all the marinade over it.
- Baking the salmon: Bake at 210C for 15 minutes maximum, don't overcook.
- Garnish with some chopped parsley and lemon slices (optional).
