What Is In The Baked Salmon Sauce

    • Garlic: Minced garlic gives a strong flavour to this salmon
    • Lemon: ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice gives the perfect citrusy flavour to this recipe.
    • Mustard: some people prefer using dijon, that is totally fine in this recipe I am using regular mustard.
    • Parsley: make sure the parsley is finely chopped.
    • Olive oil: I prefer using extra virgin olive oil as it is a healthier type of olive oil and gives a better flavour as well.

    Marinate Or Not

You don't have to marinate if you don't have time for it because this baked salmon recipe already has so many flavours.

    Recipe FAQs

How To Know If The Salmon Is Fully Cooked?

Salmon doesn't take much time in cooking, use a fork to cut a piece of the salmon if it flakes easily then it is done. If it is still undercooked, put it back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes, but be careful not to overcook it.

How To Buy The Perfect Salmon?

Good salmon must be vibrant pink and firm to the touch. The smell of good Salamon should be clean, not fishy or funky.
