    Crispy Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe (Keto)

    The crispy cauliflower pizza crust is so delicious and healthy Pizza recipe that will be ready in just 30 minutes. The crust is made with cauliflower rice, and the toppings are ground beef, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper and tomatoes.

    Crispy Cauliflower Pizza Crust in the table

    This crispy cauliflower pizza crust has a great texture and does not fall apart. Above all, it is a low-carb keto recipe. In my opinion, it is an excellent way of eating vegetables.

    What's in the cauliflower pizza crust:

    cut the cauliflower
    Put the Cauliflower in the Food processor
    Beat until Cauliflower rice form
    Cauliflower rice and other ingredients

    Crust:

    • cauliflower grated into a rice
    • egg 
    • mozzarella cheese
    mix cauliflower with the ingredients
    Add the spices

    Spices:

    • garlic powder 
    • black pepper
    • salt
    • dry basil
    • chilli powder
    Bake in the oven
    Add the toppings to the Cauliflower crust

    Pizza toppings:

    • mince beef
    • green pepper
    • cheery tomatoes
    • green olive
    • mozzarella cheese
    • low-carb tomato sauce
    Bake the Cauliflower Pizza Crust until crispy

    How to Make Crispy Cauliflower Pizza Crust

    1. Firstly, make 2 cups of cauliflower rice.
    2. Put the cauliflower rice in a dish and microwave on high for about 3 minutes. 
    3. Let the cauliflower to cool for about 5 minutes.
    4. Also, in a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, the beaten egg, all the spices and mozzarella cheese.
    5. Line an oven tray with parchment paper. 
    6. Then, spread the crust in the tray. 
    7. Try to form your crust by hand.
    8. Preheat your oven to 240 degrees Celsius. 
    9. Then, place the crust in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. 
    10. When the crust starts to become golden, then it is ready now.
    11. Remove the cauliflower crust from the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes.
    12. Then, add the toppings you prefer.
    13. Once you have added all your toppings, put the pizza back into the oven and bake again for another 10 minutes. 
    14. Then, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool.
    15. Finally, slice and serve hot.
    Cauliflower Pizza Crust

    Tips:

    • You can use any toppings you prefer. I used 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, green pepper, minced beef, cheery tomatoes, green olive and mozzarella cheese.
    • For the cheese, I topped the pizza with a ½ cup of mozzarella cheese which I like.
    • To create the rice, you can use a food processor because it is so quick and easy. If you have a regular blender, it will work fine only if you cut the cauliflower into small florets.

    How to store it:

    Try to make it suitable to last for one day, but if you like to save it, put it in a well-sealed container and keep it in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. You can reheat leftovers in the microwave.

    Like any regular pizza, the cauliflower pizza is better to serve hot.

    Ingredients

    Crust:

    • 2 ½ cups cauliflower grated into a rice
