The cauliflower pizza crust is so delicious and healthy. Also, it has a great texture and does not fall apart. Above all, it is a low-carb keto recipe. In my opinion, it is an excellent way of eating vegetables.

What’s in the cauliflower pizza crust:




Crust:
- cauliflower grated into a rice
- egg
- mozzarella cheese


Spices:
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- salt
- dry basil
- chilli powder


Pizza toppings:
- mince beef
- green pepper
- cheery tomatoes
- green olive
- mozzarella cheese
- low-carb tomato sauce

How to make cauliflower pizza crust:
- Firstly, make 2 cups of cauliflower rice.
- Then, put the cauliflower rice in a dish and microwave on high for about 3 minutes.
- Let the cauliflower to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Also, in a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, the beaten egg, all the spices and mozzarella cheese.
- Line an oven tray with parchment paper.
- Then, put the cauliflower pizza crust in the tray.
- Try to form your crust by hand.
- Preheat your oven to 240 degrees Celsius.
- Then, place the crust in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- When the crust starts to become golden, then it is ready now.
- Remove the cauliflower crust from the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes.
- Then, add the toppings you prefer.
- Once you have added all your toppings, put the pizza back into the oven and bake again for another 10 minutes.
- Then, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool.
- Finally, slice and serve hot.

Tips:
You can use any toppings you prefer. I used 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, green pepper, minced beef, cheery tomatoes, green olive and mozzarella cheese.
For the cheese, I topped the pizza with a 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese which I like.
To create the rice, you can use a food processor because it is so quick and easy. If you have a regular blender, it will work fine only if you cut the cauliflower into small florets.

How to store it:
Try to make it suitable to last for one day, but if you like to save it, put it in a well-closed container and keep it in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days.

How to serve it:
Like any regular pizza, the cauliflower pizza is better to serve hot.
