    Easy Chocolate Snowball Cookies (Keto Recipe)

    These easy chocolate snowball cookies are made with almond flour, pin nuts, white and dark chocolate chips. They are such an easy dessert that will be ready in just 10 minutes.

    Chocolate snowball cookies are what my daughters ask for every day, who doesn't like snowball cookies anyway?. I love to make this snowball cookie recipe often not only because it is so delicious, but also it is super easy to make. I can't resist having one of these with a cup of tea in the afternoon.

    Chocolate Snowball Cookie Recipe

    This recipe is so adjustable based on your preferences such as:

    • You don't have to add the sweetener in the cookies if you don't have a sweet tooth. 
    • Feel free to replace pines with any other nuts (finely chopped) you fancy.
    • You can replace the unsweetened white chocolate with more chocolate chips if you don't have unsweetened white chocolate in your pantry.

    If you are going to make these easy made cookies, you need to have to follow ingredients.

    Ingredients
    • Butter
    • Swerve (optional if you are a sweet tooth like me)
    • Unsweetened cocoa powder
    • Almond flour
    • Vanilla extracts
    • Raw pine nuts (optional)
    • Unsweetened white chocolate (optional)
    • Unsweetened chocolate chips

    Coating

    Swerve confectioners

    This amount of ingredients make 15 balls.

    How To Make These Easy Chocolate Snowball Cookies

    step by step method
    1. Preheat the oven at 170C.
    2. In a bowl, add almond flour, cocoa powder and swerve then mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.
    3. Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate, and pines then use a spatula to mix everything.
    4. After that add the melted butter and vanilla extracts then mix until incorporated.
    5. Roll the dough making around 15 balls with the palm of your hand.
    6. Bake for 5- 10 minutes just to melt the chocolate.
    7. Let the cookies cool down then refrigerate for 2 hours.
    8. Roll them in the swerve powdered and enjoy.
