    • Chocolate: Try using the best quality baking chocolate possible because it makes a difference in how brownies taste. Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate is one of the best baking chocolates.
    • Sweetener: Although there are a lot of sweetener brands, I prefer to use Erythritol or Swerve.
    • Almond flour: good quality almond flour is very important for a nice texture. Bob's red mill almond flour is a good quality brand that you can use in making these low carb brownies.

    • Firstly, in a medium-size bowl whisk the eggs using the electric whisk.
    • Then, add the erythritol and vanilla extract then keep whisking.
    • Add the melted butter, whisk.
    • Put the chocolate in a small bowl then microwave for 20 seconds.
    • Then, add the melted chocolate to the batter.
    • Now add the dry ingredients cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder and salt, then whisk.
    • Finally, add the almond milk and whisk for one more time.
    • After that, line an 8x8 inch ovenproof dish with parchment paper.
    • Then, pour the batter in the ovenproof dish.
    • Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top.
    • Put the dish in the oven on 210 C for 30 minutes.
    • Let the brownies cool down, then slice and enjoy.

    Although I doubt there will be any leftovers (if you have children). However, it is easy to store them in an airtight container in the fridge, or even you can freeze them for up to 2 months.

    • Don't overbake; once the inserted toothpick comes out clean, it is now fully baked.
    • You can replace the chocolate chips on the top with chopped nuts if you prefer.
    • You can't replace almond flour with coconut flour in this recipe; because you will need a different amount of the ingredients.
    • If you freeze these brownies, leave them to defrost at room temperature.
