    Chicken breasts are low fat. Therefore, it is not suitable for the keto diet. To come over that, we added Mozzarella cheese to the stuffed chicken breast to add more fats and flavour as well.

    Stuffing chicken breasts is very easy. Therefore, when you choose the chicken breast, try to select a medium size to be suitable for one serving per person.

    The Preparation

    The Chicken:
    Slightly cut the chicken breast in half, so you have enough space for the filling but not wholly separating the two halves.

    Spices:
    Prepare a small plate with the spices mixed inside, so you can spread it all over the chicken, not forgetting about between the cut.

    The Filling:
    Wash the spinach and make sure to drain it very well so that the chicken does not become overly wet.

    Cut the tomatoes and the Green olive in halves.

    Evenly distribute the filling inside the chicken, make sure it is full but not overflowing.

    The Cooking:

    Neatly place the stuffed chicken breasts in a large oven tray. Spread the cheddar cheese over the chicken breast.

    Enter the tray in the oven of 210 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes(cooking time differs depending on the thickness of the chicken).

    Serve the chicken with a squeeze of lemon or some chopped basil (optional).

    • 100 g Fresh Spinach leafs
    • ½ cup Green olive
    • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes
    • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

    Spices

    • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Dry basil
    • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
    • ½ teaspoon Salt
    • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

    Instructions

    • Slightly cut the chicken breast in half.
    • Spread the spices all over the chicken.
    • Wash the spinach and make sure to drain it very well.
    • Cut the tomatoes and the green olive in halves.
    • Distribute the filling inside the chicken.
