- Cut one head of a large cauliflower into florets.
- Cook it for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
- Drain the cauliflower, then cut it into bit pieces.

- Add the slightly cooked cauliflower and mix everything together.

- Bake it in 375f for 20-30 minutes.
