    Before we talk in detail about the cheesy cauliflower low-carb keto dish. Let's talk about the health benefits of cauliflower.

    Health benefits of cauliflower :

    Cauliflower is a brilliant source of many vitamins and minerals.
    It is quite high in fiber; there are 3 grams of fiber in one cup of cauliflower. Also, it is an important source of antioxidants, which help to protect the cells from inflammation.


    Further, it helps in losing weight. Because it is low in calories, only 25 calories per cup, hence you can eat a big plate of it without gaining weight.
    Furthermore, it is a low-Carb alternative to grains; you can replace the rice with it or use it to make a delicious pizza crust.

    Cheesy cauliflower is a low carb dish. It is the perfect dinner dish when you are in a hurry. Because it is so delicious, and it takes no time at all to prepare.

    What's in the cheesy cauliflower keto dish?

    This low-carb dish full of nutritions, it has cauliflower, green olive, cherry tomatoes, egg and olive oil. Also, it has some spices to give a wonderful flavour. These spices are garlic powder, onion powder, dry basil, salt and black pepper.

    The main component of that dish besides the cauliflower is the cheder cheese; it gives the delicious cheesy taste.
    I prefer to cook with cheder cheese. But if you prefer any other cheese like mozzarella or Parmesan, it will work well too.

    How to cook the cheesy cauliflower ?

    • Cut one head of a large cauliflower into florets.
    • Cook it for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
    • Drain the cauliflower, then cut it into bit pieces.
    • In a bowl, add the tomatoes, green olive and half of the cheddar cheese and mix.
    • Add the all spices to the previous mixture.
    • Add the slightly cooked cauliflower and mix everything together.
    • Finally, add the egg and olive oil, then mix again.
    • Put the cauliflower mixture into a baking dish and top with some dried basil and then, the rest of the cheddar cheese.
    • Bake it in 375f for 20-30 minutes.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 Cauliflower large large
    • ½ cup Green olive cut into halves
    • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes cut into halves
    • 1 Egg large
    • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon Dry basil
    • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

    Instructions
