How To Make Baked Stuffed Peppers?
One: Start with Preheat the oven to 180C/356F. Then, cut out the tops of the green peppers and discard the seeds (photo 1).
Two: Then, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and then add the minced onion, beef and all the spices (salt, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, basil) and cook for 5-10 minutes or until beef is brown (photo 2).
Three: Add the tomato sauce and keep cooking until the beef is fully cooked (photo 3).
Four: Now, stuff the green pepper with layers of beef mixture and mozzarella cheese (the top layer must be cheese) (photo 4).
Five: Place the green pepper in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5-10 minutes more. Enjoy (photo 5).
