This keto egg recipe is one of my favourites; it is a healthy nutritious Low-Carb meal that I usually have for breakfast or even brunch. This is my take on the traditional egg recipe; the vegetables are a fresh addition while the chilli flakes give it a spicy kick. This Keto egg recipe is a delicious, full meal with a lot of vitamins and protein, which will help keeping you full until your next meal.

Spicy Vegetable Eggs Ingredients:
Medium onion
Yellow bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Medium tomatoes
Tomato sauce
Butter
Eggs
Fresh spinach
Salt
Ground black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Parsley for serving (optional)
Note:
This low carb breakfast recipe is spicy so if you don't like having something spicy for your breakfast then don't add the chilli flacks, only add the salt and the ground black pepper. You can add something to make this recipe your own like garlic powder or even some basil.
How To Make This Spicy Vegetable Eggs Step By Step:
- Firstly, chop all the vegetables ( green pepper, yellow pepper, onion, tomatoes).
- Place a big skillet on the stove on medium heat, Then add all the chopped vegetables and the butter.
- Stir occasionally keep it on the medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Then, add the spinach, stir.
- After that, add the tomato sauce and the spices, Then lower the heat and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.
- After that, make small four holes in the vegetables and add the eggs.
- Leave it on the low heat until the egg is fully cooked.
- Garnish with some chopped parsley (optional).
- Serve hot.
How To Serve The Spicy Vegetables With Eggs Recipe:
If you like you can eat it plain, or you can add a pice of keto bread to it. Even some people who are not following a ketogenic diet add it to cooked rice.
