- Olive oil
- Chilli powder
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Honey

How To Make These Chinese Chicken Drumsticks
Preparing the chicken drumsticks: Wash the chicken drumsticks then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Cooking: After that, pour the olive oil in a large skillet then add the chicken drumsticks and cook on high flame for 5 minutes until the chicken drumsticks become a little brown.
Adding the sauce: Add the soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic and chilli powder mix everything then add the water and bring to boil.
Simmering: Lower the flame and let the chicken simmer for another 15 minutes.
Then, bring the high flame back and let the sauce reduce and thicken.
Put the chicken in a plate then pour the sauce on the top of it.
Serving: Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!.
