Old-Fashioned Shrimp Salad
This old-fashioned shrimp salad recipe is an easy, healthy and flavourful meal that will be ready in less than 10 minutes. It is made with leftover shrimp, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and olives.

Instructions
Chop cucumber, pepper and lettuce into bite-sized pieces and cut tomatoes and green olives into halves.
⅛ cup Cheery tomatoes,
⅛ cup Lettuce,
⅛ cup Cucumber,
⅛ cup Green pepper,
⅛ cup Green olives
In a large bowl, mix all the chopped veggies and olives. Mix in the lemon juice and the olive oil.
1 teaspoon Lemon juice,
1 tablespoon Olive oil
In a small bowl, mix all the spices cumin, red pepper flacks, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and dry basil.
¼ teaspoon Black pepper,
1 teaspoon Cumin,
1 teaspoon Dried basil,
1 teaspoon Garlic powder,
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes,
⅛ teaspoon Salt
Add the shrimp to the spices and mix well until combined.
500 g Shrimps
Now mix the spicy shrimp with the vegetables until combined, and serve.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients.
You can use small shrimp or larger shrimp; that is your personal preference.
Variations
Add some cheese, such as parmesan, cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
Add fresh herbs like basil, parsley, cilantro or fresh dill.
You can substitute Lemon juice with lime juice or apple cider vinegar.
Add some chopped nuts or dried fruits like walnuts, pecans or raisins.
Add more fresh veggies like red onion, bell pepper, spinach, celery or carrot.
You may add ½ teaspoon of dijon mustard for extra flavor.
Substitute cumin with old bay seasoning.
To make creamy shrimp salad, add ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream.
