Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the food processor, beat until smooth.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt,
1 cup milk,
2 tablespoon honey,
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice,
1 cup frozen strawberries,
1 cup frozen mango,
1 banana
Pour in 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Substitute honey with maple syrup for a thicker consistency!
Do you want an even sweeter smoothie? Add drops of vanilla extract and just the right amount of brown sugar.
Feel free to replace strawberries with any other berries you fancy.
You can substitute frozen mango for frozen peaches.
Be mindful of the number of ice cubes you are adding to make the smoothie runny instead of having a thick consistency.
Blend the fruits thoroughly so there wouldn't be any solid particles when you serve your smoothie.
