Bake The Flour: Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C. In a large baking sheet, spread the flour out evenly, and bake for 3-5 minutes.
1 cup All Purpose Flour
Make The Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter and sugar and vanilla extract.
6 tablespoon Salted Butter, ½ cup Brown Sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add The Chocolate Chips: Stir in the flour until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
½ cup Chocolate Chips
Make The Bites: Now, spoon one tablespoon of the mixture, then roll between the palms of your hands until smooth and form a ball; repeat.
Refrigerate: Place the bites on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 houses to allow them to harden.
Notes
Make sure that the measurements for your all-purpose flour are correct before mixing it with the rest of the ingredients. Just like in baking cookies, too much or too little flour in this recipe will result in a bad result.
When you're adding the butter to the batter, make sure it's not completely melted. The addition of melted butter will make the mixture extremely sticky, making it difficult to roll into balls.
