Crush The Oreo Cookies: You can either put them in the food processor and blitz until you reach the desired texture or put them in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them to your liking.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, half of the crushed Oreos and salt.
¼ cup all purpose flour, 2 tablespoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, 1 ½ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 pinch salt
Mix in milk and oil until there are no lumps.
4 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Sprinkle on top the chocolate chips and the rest of the crushed Oreos.
1 tablespoon chocolate chips, 5 oreos
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug, microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Let cool slightly, then serve!
Notes
Don't forget to use a microwave-safe mug or ramekin.
Measure your flour correctly! Too much flour is equivalent to a hard and dense mug cake.
