teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 356°F and grease a loaf tin with butter or oil.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and use the food processor to mince the small florets and form cauliflower rice.
Then, microwave the cauliflower rice for 4 minutes and leave it to cool for 5 minutes.
Place an amount of the cauliflower in a tea towel and wring dry. Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower.
After that, add the eggs, all the spices and some cheddar cheese to the cauliflower rice. Then mix using a spatula.
Then, add half of the cauliflower rice mixture in the loaf pan.
After that, add a layer of cheddar cheese over the cauliflower rice mixture.
Then, add the rest of the mixture and spread evenly.
Finally, add the last layer of the cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower cheese from the oven and garnish with some dry parsley (optional). Serve hot or cool.
Notes
Dry the cauliflower rice
well before turning into rice.
Use any spices you prefer
; some people do not like the taste of Italian seasoning. So, feel free to change it.
