My Maple Chicken Thighs is a flavoursome, effortless dish in which boneless chicken thighs are flavored with maple syrup, soy sauce and olive oil and cooked on the stove until tender, golden brown and sticky for a delicious weeknight dinner.
Dry the chicken with a paper towel, then season with salt.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, maple syrup, hoisin sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat, add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add the sauce and keep cooking for 5-6 minutes more until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.
Turn off the heat and serve!
Notes
Let the sauce thicken, until it is thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon. That’s the consistency you want for these maple-glazed chicken thighs.
