This super easy and crispy chicken patties recipe is made by mixing all the ingredients well, then frying until golden brown to make the best chicken burgers ever, ready in less than 20 minutes.

chicken breasts

Dijon mustard

Instructions
In the food processor's bowl, add the chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, eggs and all the seasonings and blitz until combined.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup per chicken patty, shape into a patty and dredge in the breadcrumbs.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip carefully on the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes more or until crispy and have a golden brown color.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
Notes
I recommend using a wire rack to cool your fried patties. This will prevent them from getting soggy.
