Make the best sauteed chicken livers with onion and pepper in just 30 minutes! A flavourful, simple and super easy dish that is best served with pita bread or just green salad.
Firstly, wash the chicken liver and pat dry with kitchen towels. Chop the pepper and mince the garlic and onion.
500 g chicken livers
Heat the butter In a pan over medium heat, along with chopped pepper, minced onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the pepper softens.
1 red bell pepper, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 clove garlic, 1 yellow bell pepper
Once the previous mixture softens, add the chicken liver and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the apple cider vinegar, black pepper, chilli powder and salt, lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken livers is fully cooked.

Notes
Don't over-stir the liver while cooking because it is so soft and may get mushed easily.
