Ingredients

  • 4 Medium size chicken breasts
  • 100 g Fresh Spinach leafs
  • 1/2 cup Green olive
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  • Slightly cut the chicken breast in half.
  • Spread the spices all over the chicken.
  • Wash the spinach and make sure to drain it very well.
  • Cut the tomatoes and the green olive in halves.
  • Distribute the filling inside the chicken.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a large oven tray.
  • Spread the cheddar cheese over the chicken breast.
  • Enter the tray in the oven of 210 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken with a squeeze of lemon or some chopped fresh basil (optional).

Notes

If you like to increase the amount of fats you can add a table spoon of olive oil or butter to the chicken before entering the oven.
