Cauliflower

Instructions
Cut one head of a large cauliflower into florets.
Cook it for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain the cauliflower, then cut it into bit pieces.
In a bowl, add the tomatoes, green olives and half of the cheddar cheese and mix.
Add the spices( onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and basil) to the previous mixture.
Add the slightly cooked cauliflower and mix everything together.
Finally, add the egg and olive oil, then mix again.
Put the cauliflower mixture into a baking dish and top with some dried basil and then, the rest of the cheddar cheese.
Notes
Serve it hot and enjoy the delicious cheesy cauliflower keto dish. It is suitable as a main or side dish.
