Preheat the oven to 190C and line a 22cm springform or baking pan with parchment paper.
To prepar the filling, mix mozzarella, cheddar, feta cheese, and chopped parsley in a bowl and set aside.
Preparing the milk mixture: In a jug or a deep bowl, combine milk, eggs, oil, melted butter, salt, and ground black pepper.
Unroll the filo sheets then cover them with a clean kitchen towel.
Line a filo sheet on a flat surface, brush it with the milk mixture, and spoon about two tablespoons of the cheese mixture in a line. Now, roll the sheets tightly, then swirl it to form a circle, and put in the middle of the springform. Repeat until all the filo sheets are used. After that, pour the rest of the milk mixture over the pie then sprinkle sesame seeds and black seeds on top of it.
Bake the three-cheese pie for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven, and let it cool down, then serve.
