Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 °C or 392 °F.
Pat the salmon dry using a paper kitchen towel, then put it in the middle of a baking tray.
800 g salmon
Cut the potatoes in halves, and then place them around the salmon.
300 g baby potatoes
Sprinkle the salt and pepper on both the salmon and the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until the potatoes start to soften.
½ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper,
2 tablespoon olive oil
Add the asparagus to the tray and drizzle with some olive oil.

Turn the oven heat to 220 °C or 428 F and bake for 10 minutes more.
Make the butter garlic marinade
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and honey.
2 tablespoon melted butter,
2 tablespoon honey
Pour the mixture into a small bowl, then add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix all the ingredients well.

Notes
I recommend a fork test to check the baked salmon. If it does not flake, bake them for another 5 minutes.
You may cut the whole salmon into individual filet portions if you like.
Cut the baby potatoes into halves to cook faster.
Grease the pan sheet before using it.
Store the salmon in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh for 3-4 days.
Make sure to preheat your oven so that the salmon bakes at the proper temperature.
Storage
: You can store it for 2-3 days. Make sure to store it in airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags.
