Sesame peanut noodles are an easy, 20-minute, Asian-style dish with tender noodles tossed in an incredible peanut butter sauce. This dish is quick and simple; I love to serve it warm or cold.
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger, saute for 30 seconds. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until lightly thickened. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
