Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric hand mixer until firm but soft peaks form.
2 cups heavy cream
Stir in condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt until combined. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.
390 g condensed milk,
½ cup cocoa powder,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
pinch of salt,
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Transfer the chocolate ice cream into a loaf tin or any container you have, wrap with plastic wrap.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm, then serve.
Notes
Store the ice cream in a metal container to speed up the cooling and freezing process. Don’t overfill the ice cream in it.
Don’t forget to seal the container as tightly to avoid picking up odors from the fridge.
