In a mixing bowl, add avocado, olive oil, lime juice, chives, salt and pepper, mix and smash using a fork until slightly smooth.
In a medium-size skillet, melt the butter, then crack the eggs carefully (don't baste the yolks); cook the eggs for 1-2 minutes. Once the eggs are fully cooked, turn off the heat.
Now, add 2-3 tablespoons of the avocado mixture on one slice of the bread, top with one or two eggs and a few drops of sriracha sauce, then add the other slice of the bread.
Notes
Don't just slice nor dice the avocados; smash them to provide a creamy texture.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper before frying them.
