Spinach Mushroom Pizza
Super easy pizza made with baby spinach, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. This vegetarian pizza is the best for weeknight dinners.

pizza dough

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C / 390F lightly grease a 22 cm baking pan with oil.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add garlic, Sauté for 30 seconds, then add mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Sauté for 5-8 minutes or until softened.
Add the spinach, cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat and set aside.

Spread the pizza dough into the baking pan, spread the pizza sauce over.

Top with the mozzarella cheese, then distribute the cooked mushrooms and spinach and sprinkle black olives on top.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes.

Notes
I recommend using fresh spinach for the best taste and texture.
