Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a pan, add the minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Add theshrimp, tomato sauce, sweet and chilli sauce, red pepper flakes, Chinese 5 spices and salt.
½ cup tomato sauce, 2 teaspoon sweet and chilli sauce, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon chinese 5 spices, ¼ teaspoon salt, 750 g shrimp
Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, until the shrimp turn into red.

Notes
Don't skip the Chinese 5 spice; it gives a fantastic taste to the shrimp.
If you don't like spicy food, just skip the red pepper flakes.
Love it cheesy; just top it with shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese melts.
You may add some veggies to this dish, such as spring onion, baby corn, bell pepper and spinach.
You can also replace olive oil with butter if you like.
