Mix oats and milk in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture is creamy.
Turn off the heat and stir in the Biscoff spread, mix well until the Biscoff spread is melted.
Transfer the porridge to a serving bowl, and top it with strawberries some milk and drizzle some melted Biscoff on top.
Notes
Once the Porridge is taken off from the heat, it starts to thicken. Feel free to add the desired quantity of milk to it at this point to achieve the desired consistency.
