Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180c / 350f and line a 20cm square baking tin with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, melt together butter, maple syrup and sugars over medium heat.
Stir in rolled oats until all the oats are well coated.
Now, Pour the mixture into the baking pan and press down firmly with something heavy.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until light golden brown.
Let it cool for 20 minutes before cutting it into bars.
Notes
Make sure to use a saucepan that is large enough for all the ingredients to fit in. It will save you from making a mess in your kitchen.
