Notes
You can easily adjust the level of spiciness of this seasoning. If you love it to be so spicy, you only need to add more paprika and cayenne pepper. However, if you wish your seasoning to be only mild or spicy, lower the amount of the spicy ingredients found in the recipe.
Do not be carried away by adding too much-dried oregano into the mix. Too much-dried oregano will only make your seasoning bitter, not spicy.
To store: Keep this seasoning in an airtight container, preferably a glass jar or mason jar. Store it at room temperature in a dry place, and you will get to enjoy this seasoning for over six long months at home.
