In a small bowl, mix Paprika, chili powder, onion powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, brown sugar and salt well until combined.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar, seal it and then keep it in a dry place for future use.

To Store: Store the Enchilada Seasoning Mix in an airtight glass container. Keep it in your kitchen cabinet, and it will be useable for months. This Mix can even last for a year or two sometimes if you keep it perfectly dry!Enchilada Seasoning serving amountThe recommended serving amount is 1 ½ tablespoons of Enchilada Seasoning for each pound of beef, chicken, or fish. Feel free to add more or less according to your liking.
