Magic Cinnamon Sticks Recipe
This magic cinnamon sticks recipe is super simple and easy to make; it is also keto-friendly and gluten-free. Soft, yummy, and cinnamony, these keto cinnamon sticks are perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F and line a 22cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the lukewarm water to the dry yeast, then stir well and add the maple syrup, cover the cup and set it aside.

5 tablespoon lukewarm water,
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and powdered Erythritol and set aside.
In a mixing bowl put mozzarella and cream cheese then microwave them for 10 seconds or until the mozzarella cheese melts.

3 tablespoon cream cheese
Add almond flour to the cheese then mix while it's still hot. Then, add the eggs and salt; continue mixing until well combined.

Add the dry yeast mixture to the dough and mix well. Cover the dough and set it aside to rest for 10-20 minutes.
Spread the dough in the baking tray then bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once it's fully baked spread melted butter on its surface and sprinkle the mixture of cinnamon and powdered Erythritol on top.

Notes
If you don't have dry yeast or don't want to use it, you can replace it with 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
I used a square baking pan with a size of 22cm. You may also use a 25cm pan if you like a slightly thin version of these cinnamon sticks.
These cinnamon sticks are roughly 2cm thick if you like it thicker use a bigger size baking pan.
You can top these sticks with whipped cream instead of cinnamon sweetener mixture.
