Spicy Garlic Shrimp is a flavourful dish made by sauteing jumbo shrimp with garlic and spices. It is super easy to put together and ready in less than 10 minutes! SO Easy.
Pat the shrimp dry and then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika.
½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 200 g jumbo shrimp, ½ teaspoon salt
Heat the oil in a large fry pan on medium heat, add in the garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add the shrimp in a single layer, and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then remove from the heat and sprinkle with the parsley.

Notes
I prefer to use fresh shrimp, not frozen ones! Fresh shrimp have a better texture when cooked than those that have already been sitting in the freezer for days.
For the best results, don't overcook your shrimp to get a juicy and tender texture without any stringy chewiness.
If you use frozen shrimp, you need to thaw it first and pat it dry with kitchen towels before using it.
