Instructions
Put the three ingredients in the blender and blend.
2 cups Heavy cream,
3 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder,
4 tablespoon Erythritol,
3 tablespoon Unsweetened dark chocolate chips
Place the ice cream in an airtight container then put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Notes
If it becomes so hard to scoop, leaves it in room temperature until it softens.
If you would like to add some crunchiness to the ice cream, you can sprinkle some chocolate chips inside and on the top of the ice cream (optional).
