Keto Coffee Mug Cake
This keto coffee mug cake is so indulgent, with its strong coffee flavour and the surprising taste of the chocolate glaze on top. Flavoured with coffee and made with almond flour and coconut flour.

almond flour

butter

egg

teaspoon
baking powder

powdered erythritol

teaspoon
coffee

tablespoon
coconut flour

water (or almond milk)

unsweetened chocolate chips
(optional)
Instructions
Add the egg and melted butter in a small bowl and whisk.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, coffee and erythritol and whisk again.
Then add water and continue to whisk.
When the consistency is smooth, pour the mixture into a mug.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
In another small bowl add the chocolate chips, then microwave for 10 seconds. Remove and whisk.
Add the melted chocolate on the top of the coffee cake.
Notes
What kind of Coffee to Use in this Keto Mug Cake?
Use a regular coffee or decaf if you like. It will give the same result.
Toppings
Top it with a dollop of whipped cream, a scoop of
keto ice cream
, chopped nuts or some melted chocolate. Enjoy! It will be great.
