Incredibly delicious Paprika Chicken Drumsticks flavoured with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and baked in the oven to perfection for a super easy and quick dinner!
Preheat the oven to 200c / 400f. Wash the chicken drumstick, then pat dry with a kitchen towel.
In the baking dish, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and chilli flakes, then toss the chicken drumstick in the mixture, and mix well.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until they golden and crispy.
Notes
To make sure the drumsticks are cooked, poke one with a fork; if the juices are clear, it's done, and if they are red, give them 10 minutes more.
