Oven-Baked Salmon With Parsley and Garlic
This oven-baked salmon recipe with parsley and garlic is the best-baked salmon recipe ever. It is filled with so many flavours; lemon, garlic, parsley and mustard.

salmon filet

extra virgin olive oil

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped

salt

ground black pepper

mustard

cup
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the salmon then stir until well combined.
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
3 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoon fresh parsley,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper,
1 tablespoon mustard,
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
Toss the salmon in the bowl and leave it in the marinade for an hour( if you have time)
3 pieces salmon filet
Arrange the salmon in an ovenproof baking dish and pour all the marinade over it.
Bake at 210C for 15 minutes maximum, don't overcook.
Garnish with some chopped parsley and lemon slices (optional).
Notes
You don't have to marinate if you don't have time for it because this baked salmon recipe already has so many flavours.
