In a small bowl, add eggs and vanilla extract then whisk.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, swerve, and matcha powder then keep whisking, make sure there are no lumps.
Add the butter then whisk one more time.
Pour the batter in a safe microwave mug then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Notes
If you don't have a microwave, this is fine; just pour the batter into a single-serving baking pan and bake in the oven at 180 C/ 350 F for 19-20 minutes.
