Easy Chocolate Snowball Cookies
These
easy
chocolate snowballs
are made with almond flour, pin nuts, and white and dark chocolate chips. They are such healthy and easy snowball cookies that will be ready in just 10 minutes. Also, they are keto-friendly!

swerve
(optional if you are a sweet tooth )

unsweetened cocoa powder

almond flour

vanilla extracts

raw pine nuts

tablespoon
unsweetened white chocolate
(optional)

tablespoon
unsweetened chocolate chips
Coating

swerve confectioners
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 170C.
In a bowl, add almond flour, cocoa powder and swerve then mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.
Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate, and pines then use a spatula to mix everything.
After that add the melted butter and vanilla extracts then mix until incorporated.
Roll the dough making around 15 balls with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 5- 10 minutes just to melt the chocolate.
Let the cookies cool down then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll them in the swerve powdered and enjoy.
Notes
You don't have to add the sweetener in the cookies if you don't have a sweet tooth.
Feel free to replace pines with any other nuts (finely chopped) you fancy.
You can replace the unsweetened white chocolate with more chocolate chips if you don't have unsweetened white chocolate in your pantry.
