My garlic butter herb chicken breasts are incredibly juicy and flavourful. This easy one-pan recipe features a boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce with fresh herbs!
Cook the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter; once the butter is melted, arrange the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until they become golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to a plate, then set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, saute the garlic for less than a minute, then add the chicken broth and thyme and bring the mixture to a boil.
3 cloves garlic, ½ cup chicken broth, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Add the chicken breasts to the mixture for about 5-8 minutes or until the liquid reduces. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
