Wash the chicken drumsticks then pat dry with kitchen paper.
After that, pour the olive oil in a large skillet then add the chicken drumsticks and cook on high flame for 5 minutes until the chicken drumsticks become a little brown.
Add the soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic and chilli powder mix everything then add the water and bring to boil.
Lower the flame and let the chicken simmer for another 15 minutes.
Then, bring the high flame back and let the sauce reduce and thicken.
Put the chicken in a plate then pour the sauce on the top of it.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!.
Notes
Use any cut of the chicken you want.
Skip the chilli powder if you don't like it spicy.
Replace chilli powder with a few drops of sriracha sauce.
Don't cook the chicken on high heat; otherwise, it will burn from the outside and will not be fully cooked from the inside. So, keep the heat low.
