Instructions
Whisk egg, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk well.
Heat a pan on medium heat then add some of the butter.
After that, dunk one toast slice quickly in the milk mixture, both sides then place it in the pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
Repeat until finish all toast, add more butter to cook the rest of the toast.
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Notes
It is preferable to use thick bread slices that can hold up when dipping them in the milk mixture and frying them.
