Chop the parsley and soak the bun in water until it becomes mushy then take it out and squeeze the water out of it.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Then, take a handful of the meat mixture and mold it on a wooden skewer. Repeat the process until all the meat is finish.
Heat the grill then place kebabs on it and grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side after that remove from the grill and serve hot.
Notes
You can use breadcrumbs instead of the soaked bun if you like.
You can serve these koftas on their skewers or without. Also, you can leave them as they are or slice them; it is only a personal preference.
Also, you may need to brush the grill with some oil before you put the koftas on.
Storage
Make ahead of time: You can mix everything together and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 days, ready to grill.To store: After grilling the kofta, you may store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-4 days.Freezing: Kofta freezes beautifully. Just wrap in 2 layers of foil pepper and put in the fridge; it will last for 1-2 months.
