Cut the dough using a circular dough cutter then keep doing the same process with the other dough parts.

Notes
Don't over-bake the cookies, so they don't become dry and crack
If you don't like to use matcha for any reason, you can use one or two drops of green food colour instead.
Chilling the dough is so important, don't skip it.
Decorating Ideas
M&Ms or Halloween M&Ms: Both M&Ms or Halloween M&Ms look nice on the cookies.
Fondant icing: Is an icing used to decorate cake or cookies that is made of sugar, water, fat and gelatin. It is easy to use, and it gives a lovely texture and look to the dessert.
Food colouring: I usually use the Halloween colours such as red, orange or black on frosting or in the dessert dough.
Halloween sprinkles: These sprinkles have two colours, orange and black, and they look great on top of Halloween desserts.
Candy eyeballs: I love them because they give the cookies or any Halloween treats a scary look!
Chocolate sprinkles: These chocolate sprinkles look good on Halloween cookies or cake.
Nonpareils: These tiny balls made with sugar and starch, and they are available in many colours; they are absolutely amazing in decorating such cookies.
