My Keto sesame seed bread is a delicious, soft, fluffy keto bread made with almond flour; it is super delicious and perfect for breakfast or making a sandwich on a low-carb diet.
Preheat the oven to 180c / 350f and grease 2lb loaf tin with butter.
Whisk the eggs using the hand mixer until fluffy.
Add the melted butter and water, then, mix well.
Mix in almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder and xanthan gum.
Use a spatula to mix everything well until combined.
Scoop the mixture into the loaf tin grassed with butter.
Sparkle some sesame seeds on top and bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave the bread to cool, Then slice and serve.
Notes
This bread will last 2-3 days at room temperature and 4-5 days in the fridge. You can also freeze it for 1-2 months. However, I recommend you slice it and separate the slices with parchment paper so it is easy to grab one or two from the freezer.
