    Keto Sesame Seed Bread Recipe

I can't go on a low-carb diet without bread; it is SO important to me, especially for breakfast. So, I decided to make this delicious keto bread, which is incredibly easy to make.

I made this recipe with almond flour, and I usually like to mix a tiny amount of coconut flour with almond flour to fluff it up.

I also used psyllium husk in this recipe, which improves the bread texture significantly. I also added xanthan gum as a binding agent and also to improve the texture as well.

    recipe ingredients.

Note: This is an overview of the ingredients. See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.

Eggs: I used 7 eggs; I know this is a lot, but believe me, the bread isn't eggy at all.

    Butter: I used unsalted butter.

For the dry ingredients, I used almond flour, coconut flour, sesame seeds, psyllium husk, baking powder, xanhan gum and a pinch of salt.

Topping: I topped the bread with sesame seeds.

How To Make Keto Sesame Seed Bread

One: Preheat the oven to 180c / 350f and grease 2lb loaf tin with butter.

Whisk the eggs using the hand mixer until fluffy.

Two: Whisk the eggs using the hand mixer until fluffy.

Three: Add the melted butter and water, then, mix well.

Mix in almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder and xanthan gum.

Four: Mix in almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder and xanthan gum.

Use a spatula to mix everything well until combined.

Five: Use a spatula to mix everything well until combined.

pour the mixture into a loaf tin

Six: Scoop the mixture into the loaf tin grassed with butter.

top the loaf with sesame seeds

Seven: Sparkle some sesame seeds on top and bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave the bread to cool, Then slice and serve.

How To Store This Keto Bread

This bread will last 2-3 days at room temperature and 4-5 days in the fridge. You can also freeze it for 1-2 months. However, I recommend you slice it and separate the slices with parchment paper so it is easy to grab one or two from the freezer.
