- 7 large Eggs
- 2 cups Almond flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup Coconut flour
- 3 tablespoon Psyllium husk
- 3 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon
Xanthan gum - ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Water
How to make this keto sesame seed bread:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Start by whisking the eggs using the hand mixer.
- Then, add the melted butter and water, then, mix well.
- After that, add almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, xanthan gum.
- Use a spatula to mix everything well until combined.
- After that, pour the mixture into a loaf tin grassed with butter.
- Sparkle some sesame seeds on top of the dough.
- Then, bake for 40 minutes.
- Leave the bread to cool down, Then slice and serve.

- Grass the loaf tin with butter very well before you pour the mixture in it, or use baking paper for not to scrape out the tin or damage the bread.
- This low carb bread will slice into 15 slices.
