    Keto Sesame Seed Bread Recipe

    Keto sesame seed bread is a delicious, soft and fluffy keto bread made with almond flour, coconut flour, sesame seeds and psyllium husk powder.

    Following a keto diet, for some people, it is hard to have breakfast without bread or lunch without having a sandwich. This keto sesame seed bread recipe makes life easier for these people.

    Ingredients for keto sesame seed bread

    • 7 large Eggs
    • 2 cups Almond flour 
    • ½ cup unsalted butter 
    • ¼ cup Coconut flour
    • 3 tablespoon Psyllium husk
    • 3 tablespoon Sesame seeds
    • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon Xanthan gum
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt
    • ½ cup Water

    How to make this keto sesame seed bread:

    • Preheat oven to 180C 
    Whisk the eggs
    • Start by whisking the eggs using the hand mixer.
    • Then, add the melted butter and water, then, mix well.
    add almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour and sesame seeds.
    • After that, add almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, xanthan gum.
    mix until combined
    • Use a spatula to mix everything well until combined.
    brush the loaf tin with butter.
    pour the mixture into a loaf tin
    • After that, pour the mixture into a loaf tin grassed with butter.
    top the loaf with sesame seeds
    • Sparkle some sesame seeds on top of the dough.
    • Then, bake for 40 minutes.
    • Leave the bread to cool down, Then slice and serve.

    Tips for better keto sesame seed bread

    • Grass the loaf tin with butter very well before you pour the mixture in it, or use baking paper for not to scrape out the tin or damage the bread.
    • This low carb bread will slice into 15 slices.
    • This keto sesame bread will give the people who are following a keto diet the ability to have sandwiches; for example, you can make a steak or cheese sandwich.
