Following a ketogenic diet, for some people, it is hard to have breakfast without bread or lunch without having a sandwich. This keto sesame bread recipe makes life easier for these people.
This low carb bread recipe is so close to my previous keto bread recipe but tastes so different.

Ingredients for keto sesame bread:

- 7 large Eggs
- 2 cups Almond flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup Coconut flour
- 3 Tbsp Psyllium husk
- 3 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- ½ Tsp
Xanthan gum - ¼ Tsp Salt
- ½ cup Water
How to make this keto sesame bread:
- Preheat oven to 180C

- Start by whisking the eggs using the hand mixer.
- Then, add the melted butter and water, then, mix well.

- After that, add almond flour, salt, psyllium husk, coconut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, xanthan gum.

- Use a spatula to mix everything well until combined.


- After that, pour the mixture into a loaf tin grassed with butter.

- Sparkle some sesame seeds on top of the dough.
- Then, bake for 40 minutes.
- Leave the bread to cool down, Then slice and serve.

Tips for better keto sesame bread:
- Grass the loaf tin with butter very well before you pour the mixture in it or use a baking paper, for not scraping out the tin or damaging the bread.
- This low carb bread will slice into 15 slices.
- This keto sesame bread will give the people who are following a keto diet the ability to have sandwiches; for example, you can make a steak or cheese sandwich.

How to store this low carb bread:
Best to keep the bread in the fridge for up to 5 days, Otherwise, freeze it for up to a month.
