Incredibly easy to make, super delicious, and ready in 20 minutes. This keto, sugar-free raspberry jam is AMAZING for low-carb and sugar-free diets. I can't live without it.

Sugar-Free raspberry Jam in a jar and some fresh raspberry are around.

    Sugar-Free Raspberry Jam

Indeed, my low carb raspberry jam is SUPER delicious even more than the regular raspberry jam which is packed with sugar, in which I taste the sugar more than I taste the fruit inside it.

I use this Keto raspberry jam on a low-carb slice of bread at breakfast, as a keto pie or cake filling, or on top of my yogurt. I actually use it in so many other ways.

I only used 5 ingredients to make this recipe which are, fresh raspberry, chia seeds, water, powdered Erythritol and lemon juice.

I prefer to make a small amount of keto raspberry jam every time I need it because I love to eat it fresh and not to keep it in the fridge for a long time. Also, it doesn't take much time to make it.

how to make the recipe by photos.

One: In a small pot, put the fresh raspberry and water on high heat. Use a fork to mash the raspberry until it becomes smooth, and bring the mixture to a boil.

Two: Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes or less, until the fluids decrease by half; add the lemon juice, powdered erythritol and chia seeds and stir.

Three: Turn off the heat and leave it to cool. After cooling, pour it into a glass jar or container and keep it in the fridge for daily use.

Tips For The Best Keto Raspberry Jam

    • You can use frozen or fresh raspberry in making this wonderful keto jam.
    • Taste the jam before adding the sweetener.
    • I have a sweet tooth, that is why I have added 2 teaspoons of the powdered erythritol, but you can only add one teaspoon or even don't add any sweaters at all.
    • You can replace the raspberry with blueberry or strawberry; you will get the same result.
    • I have added the fresh lemon juice not only as a preservation factor to keep the jam longer but because it makes the raspberry jam even more delicious. So, I recommend it.
    • I keep it in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 days.
