    These easy Keto Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies are perfect for a dessert or snack with a cup of coffee. These keto low-carb chocolate chip cookies with chocolate chips will satisfy your craving for sweet or dessert. However, they are a chewy and soft, healthy snack. Also, sugar-free, low carb, and gluten-free.

    Ingredients Keto Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

    ingredients
    • 2 cups Almond flour
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
    • ½ cup powdered erythritol sweetener
    • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
    • 1 teaspoon orange extract
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda

    How to Make Keto Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

    1- Start by beating the egg 1 to 2 minutes using a hand mixer, until double in size.

    2- Then, add the butter, erythritol, coconut milk and orange extract keep mixing until well combined.

    3- In another bowl, mix almond flour and baking soda.

    4- Then, combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well until a smooth dough formed.

    5- After that, Add the chocolate chips and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.

    6- Now, refrigerate the keto cookies dough for about 30 minutes.

    7- Preheat the oven at 180C.

    8- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    9- After that, form 16 balls from the dough, then flatten the balls forming cookie shapes.

    10- Place the keto chocolate cookies into the baking sheet, leaving 1 inch between each other.

    11- Finally, bake the keto chocolate cookies for 20 to 25 minutes.

    12- Let the cookies cool before serving.

    Tips and suggestions for best low-carb chocolate cookies:

    • The cookies will come from the oven very soft, so don’t move them until they completely cool down.
    • Also, replacing coconut milk with almond milk will give the same result.
    • I like orange flavour; that is why I add the orange extract; to give my low-carb chocolate cookies the taste of orange. But you can change the flavour to what you prefer (lemon, vanilla).
    • I use powdered erythritol for most of my keto dessert recipes, But using other sweeteners will not make a different result.
