    Preparations: Preheat the oven at 180C / 356F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    One: Start by beating the egg 1 to 2 minutes using a hand mixer, until double in size.

    Mix egg, butter, erythritol, coconut milk and orange extract.

    Two: Add the butter, erythritol, coconut milk and orange extract keep mixing until well combined.

    Three: In another mixing bowl, mix almond flour and baking soda.

    Mix in almond flour and baking soda.

    Four: Then, combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well until a smooth dough formed.

    Fold in the chocolate chips.

    Five: After that, Add the chocolate chips and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.

    Mix until combined.

    Six: refrigerate the cookie batter for about 30 minutes.

    Shape the cookies and put in the baking sheet.

    Seven: After that, form 16 balls from the dough, then flatten the balls forming cookie shapes.

    Refrigerate the keto cookies.

    Eight: Place the cookies into the baking sheet, leaving 1 inch between each other. Bake the keto chocolate cookies for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.

    • ½ cup Powdered erythritol sweetener
    • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
    • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter room temperature
