Healthy Sugar Free Chocolate Cookies Recipe
It 's been a long time since my last keto cookie recipe, Keto Orange Chocolate Cookies Recipe, Coconut Flour Peanut Butter Cookies and Low Carb Lemon Cookies, so I decided to make some chocolate cookies.
In this keto chocolate cookie recipe, I have used a few ingredients because I love to keep my recipes as simple as they can be, and the outcome of this recipe was fantastic. The keto chocolate cookies are so soft, fudgy and chewy with a strong chocolate flavour; exactly how I like it.
You'll Need

Sweetener: I always use erythritol in my recipes; in this cookie recipe, both erythritol and powdered erythritol will work fine and will give the same result, I have tried both.
Almond flour: it is better to sift the almond flour to get rid of any lumps. Don't substitute almond flour with coconut flour; it won't work.
Cocoa powder: use unsweetened 100% cocoa powder, Hershey's natural unsweetened 100% cocoa is a good brand to use.
You will also need,
- Baking soda
- Butter
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Unsweetened dark chocolate chips

What Are The Best Keto-Friendly Chocolate Chips
Lily’s chocolate chips are the best brand to use; however, you can also use Paschs organic dark chocolate baking chips.
