- In a bowl, whisk the eggs using an electric whisk.
- Add powdered Erythritol and butter to the eggs and keep whisking.
- Then add the coconut flour, and whisk.
- Finally, add the peanut butter and whisk again.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
