    Easy Keto Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

    • Peanut Butter (Sugar-Free)
    • Eggs
    • Butter (partially melted)
    • Coconut flour
    • Powdered erythritol
    • Pine Nuts (optional)
    • Sugar free dark chocolate chips (optional)

    How to Make Easy Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

    1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs using an electric whisk.
    2. Add powdered Erythritol and butter to the eggs and keep whisking.
    3. Then add the coconut flour, and whisk.
    4. Finally, add the peanut butter and whisk again.
    5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    6. Scoop the batter and place it on parchment paper making 16 cookies (I use a big size scoop).
    7. Try to flatten each cookie softly using a spatula.
    8. After that, sprinkle pine nuts over each cookie.
    9. Then bake in 170 C for 20 minutes, or until fully baked.
    10. Allow the cookies to cool down.
    11. Drizzle the cookies with melted unsweetened chocolate (optional).
    12. Your cookies are ready. Enjoy!
