    Keto Coffee Flavored Cookies Recipe

    These soft keto coffee flavored cookies are every coffee lover's dream! They are dangerously delicious; The flavour of espresso shines in each bite of these coffee cookies while the chocolate on top gives them an excellent sweet taste.

    Easy Espresso Cookies

    These amazing keto cookies have an intense coffee flavour (because of using espresso) which will satisfy your caffeine craving.

    I prefer making coffee cookies more than coffee cake because it is super easy to make and can be safely stored in an airtight container for a whole week. These cookies make a super delicious breakfast or snack with a cup of tea.

    Keto Coffee Flavored Cookies Ingredients

    Ingredients
    • Almond flour
    • Swerve
    • Butter
    • Eggs, in-room temperature
    • Espresso coffee
    • Vanilla extract
    • Baking soda

    Toppings

    • Chopped unsweetened chocolate
    • Sliced almond

    How To Make These Keto Coffee Flavored Cookies

    steps for making the recipe
    1. In a bowl, add the vanilla extract to the eggs and then whisk using an electric whisk
    2. Add the sweetener, coffee and melted butter then whisk
    3. Add the almond flour and baking soda then mix everything using a spatula
    4. Line a baking tray with parchment pepper
    5. Scoop the batter in the baking tray and try to leave spaces between the cookies for expanding
    6. Using a spatula flatten the top of each cookie then sprinkle some chopped unsweetened chocolate on top of half the cookies and sliced almond on the other half
    7. Bake at 170C for 20 minutes
    8. Leave the cookies to cool down before serving

    Top Tips!

    • These amount of ingredients yield eleven large cookies.
    • If you don't have sliced almond in your pantry you can use any topping you have such as chopped walnut or pecan.
    • These cookies will expand a little so, be prepare and leave space between the cookies in the baking tray.

      Does the recipe require already prepared coffee, or instant coffee powder?

        Why do you use Celsius instead of Fahrenheit? The equivalent is 338 degrees Fahrenheit. Does it matter if it’s 350?
